Dear Caregivers,

I’m Jessica, a consultant and trainer specialising in fostering children’s emotional and behavioural development, and also a nanny myself! Based in Sydney, NSW, I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work and am a qualified facilitator of several programs that are tailored to supporting children in their early years. 

My passion for nurturing children’s wellbeing and development led me to establish The Niche Nanny, a space where I balance caring for children on some days, whilst also running consultations and educative trainings to children’s caregiving networks. My knowledge, experience and genuine love for my work enables me to create a meaningful connection with your child, nurture their developmental milestones, and have fun!

With nineteen years experience caring for children, combined with a decade in social work as a caseworker and child therapist, my approach incorporates neuroscience strategies, emphasizing warmth, creative play, and routine.

I wholeheartedly understand that leaving your child with someone can be daunting. I offer a complimentary visit to meet your family and learn about your family's values, needs and routines.
